“Jason who?!”

Certainly this leading question has never been posed by
Ivana Trump, January Jones or Michelle Obama 'cause they
all utterly know Jason Wu's ready-to-wear line of clothes.

Born in Taiwan, Wu moved to Canada and US where he
learned how to sew by designing and sewing doll dresses
before studying sculpture in Tokyo and graduating from
The Loomis Chaffee School and Parsons The New School
for Design. Later on he interned with Narciso Rodriguez.

Jason Wu's spring-summer 2011 collection has been
presented at New York's Fashion Week a few days back,
the show marked the official launch of his full range of
accessories, so much interesting for shapes,
proportions and materials mixing.

The whole collection shows perfectly cut lean trousers,
sleeveless bow-front tops, elongated jackets, see-through
blouses in a palette of neutral colors combined
with black, mustard and red touches and
amped up shades in the mixed prints.
