colorful parade

Let me lend color to my blog by posting the fantastic parade
of ”El Cerro de Aripo” theatrical show hitting the stage of the
National Academy for Performing Arts in Port of Spain,
Trinidad & Tobago, a couple of days ago.

A triumph of colors and dances led by local playwright
and director Davlin Thomas celebrating the homonym
island highest peak while marking also the end of the
country's annual two consecutive fashion weeks.

TTFW came to its third edition recognizing the enormous
creative talent of the nation's designers, as stated by
Mrs. Dianne Hunt, chairperson of Trinidad & Tobago Fashion
Week Board, ...” while striving to provide opportunities for
the islands' fashion industry development”.

Both shows payed tribute to 2010 as the year of
biodiversity honoring proactive proposals for
nature's preservation.
Discover the colorful energy of it checking the exhibition's
website for more infos and complete designers directory.
